Visiting On Site Services

Sometimes things at home or in a relationship are not OK and you need some help and support.

Sometimes, families can experience difficult times and are worried about the wellbeing and development of their children and need some help and support.

The ‘Orange Door’ visits the Inglewood Hospital and provides free confidential help for people who are experiencing or using family violence or who need support with the care of and wellbeing of children and young children.

You do not need a referral to access this service. You can find more information or contact Orange Door on one of the options below:

Public: The Bendigo Health Community Allied Health Service provides this My Aged Care service. For enquiries and referrals, please call (03) 5454 7102. The podiatrist visits both Inglewood Hospital and Wedderburn Community House.

Smarthearing Specialists provide community onsite services at IDHS fortnightly (as well as providing services to our residential care).

Smart hearing are fully accredited under the Australian Government Hearing Service Program and provide free hearing assessments, subsidised hearing aids, ear wax removal and more.
