Volunteering at IDHS

IDHS welcomes Volunteers as we believe they enhance our health service by providing vital support and added services to our patients, residents, families, and visitors. IDHS consider our volunteers a valuable and complementary part out the health care team. Volunteers contribute to IDHS in many ways. There is something for everyone and volunteering with IDHS means you can use your experience as well as learning new skills and meeting a wide range of people.

Volunteers can contribute to our organisation in several ways including:

• Assisting with patients and residents

• Administrative assistance

• Gardening

• Fundraising initiatives

• Volunteer drivers

• Being a representative on IDHS committees
